How to Participate:

      2. Record your Jump Card video, under 30 seconds, starting with: “Hello, I’m [Your Name], and this is my Jump Card for Footwork Queen and King.”
      3. Post the video, tag The High Jump, the Judges, (THEIR INSTA) and use the hashtag #FootworkQK2024.
